The 20-acre Burr Ridge Town Center is an excitingmixed-use development that has become an
integral part of the urban fabric of the community.
The development offers a combination of 191,000SF of leasable retail space, 25,000 SF of restaurant
space, and 33,000 SF of second-story office space, as well as 179 loft and condominium-style
residences with private parking facilities. A highlight
of the design is the greenspace, which is a focal point for community activities and events.
